Excellent Stay with Amazing Views!

pool view great gym large breakfast selection

The pool view was fine. I loved the great gym with a very good, kind trainer. I got a large selection of breakfast items. The massage I got from the lady whose name started with M. on January 4, 2026, was one of the best I've ever had.

The hotel could use some updates. The facilities and hotel are very dated and could do with a serious refurb. I hope this is addressed soon.

idyllic retreat

friendly staff amazing views excellent food soft illumination

i found the staff particularly friendly. the pool and surrounding views looked amazing. the food options seemed excellent. walkways were softly lit with candle-colored lights, it made evening walks especially enchanting.

the water pressure in the shower was occasionally weak. it was a minor inconvenience, though still worth mentioning.

some shortcomings at this Resort

slow staff uneaten leftovers

the staff needed more training. they seemed slow, even near the pool. empty plates remained there, inviting crows to feast on leftovers. i asked for coffee at breakfast several times and i did not see my Room Cleaned on One Day. it's just small issues, yet they made me question the value.

excellent pool design attentive service sri lankan meals

The pool's design is excellent. Its layout allowed enough space for everyone! The views from the restaurant were superb. I liked their attentive service and how the staff chose Sri Lankan meal options.

The room was not cleaned properly.

tranquil chalet stay

tranquil chalet tasty experience varied food

we booked both a room for three and a chalet for two, they was situated in the woods. the chalet was very nice and so tranquil. the on-site restaurants provides a tasty experience with varied food options.

the comfort from the beds were not ideal because hotel only provided 100% polyester sheets. the quilts and pillows was all 100% polyester. i feel the bedding should be 100% cotton sheets and natural fiber fillings. it was really uncomfortable.
